License Terms
Effective date: April 7, 2026

These License Terms apply to any digital product, mini app, protected live-check functionality, guide, or related material sold by Entares EOOD.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and these License Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for your own lawful internal business or personal use.

2. License ownership

You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying software, design, code, infrastructure, content, or intellectual property.

3. Single-customer license model

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, each purchase is intended for one customer account, one purchaser, or one authorized end customer only.

License sharing, forwarding, pooling, posting publicly, redistributing, or handing off the same purchased access to multiple unrelated users is prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

🔹 copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or repackage the product
🔹 share the software files, license key, protected endpoint, delivery package, or access credentials with third parties
🔹 reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, probe, bypass, disable, or attempt to defeat licensing or security controls
🔹 remove branding, ownership notices, protective mechanisms, or embedded product controls
🔹 use the product as part of a service bureau, managed service, agency resale offer, public download, template pack, marketplace upload, or other redistribution workflow without our written permission

5. Activation and protected live access

Some features may require activation, device verification, session checks, usage checks, network checks, endpoint validation, or other access-control mechanisms.

Protected live-check functionality is part of the licensed product environment and may not be extracted, mirrored, proxied, copied, or exposed publicly.

6. Abuse detection and enforcement

We may monitor license activity, activation records, device signals, session patterns, security events, suspicious spread across too many devices or networks, and related anti-abuse indicators.

We may limit, suspend, or revoke a license if we reasonably believe there has been sharing, resale, tampering, circumvention, unusual abuse, or any material breach of these License Terms.

7. Updates and changes

We may update, improve, modify, harden, replace, limit, or discontinue parts of the product, its access model, or its security architecture.

A purchase does not guarantee lifetime feature parity, perpetual infrastructure availability, or future compatibility with every third-party environment.

8. Support and maintenance

Any support or update access provided is limited to what is expressly described on the website or in the applicable Support Policy.

Your purchase does not include custom implementation, done-for-you optimization, store management, or consulting services unless explicitly sold as a separate paid service.

9. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you materially breach these License Terms or our Terms of Service.

Upon termination, you must stop using the product and must not continue using revoked or restricted access methods.

10. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Entares EOOD.
